Hi, I’m Asiya

Where It All Began

Professional ballroom dance shaped my life from an early age. It taught me discipline, resilience, and the excitement of pursuing big goals. But it also immersed me in a world of constant competition, comparison, perfection, and pushing harder every day. Then everything changed. My mom introduced me to a different way of thinking about health.

A New Perspective on Health

As a physician, my mother showed me that true health isn’t measured by medals or appearances. It’s built through balance, joyful movement, nourishing your body, and caring for your mind. She helped me discover that fitness should make you feel stronger—not exhausted. That lesson stayed with me long after I left competitions behind.

From Healing to Helping

Years later, life tested those beliefs in a way I never expected. After surgery and unexpected complications, I found myself in one of the darkest chapters of my life. Recovery wasn’t only physical—it challenged my confidence, my identity, and my hope.

Slowly, I returned to movement.

Not to compete.

Not to be perfect.

But simply to feel alive again.

Dance became my therapy. Healthy habits became my foundation. Every small step reminded me that healing isn’t about doing everything at once—it’s about believing in yourself and choosing to keep going. That’s why I created VALEO Club.

Why VALEO?

VALEO is a Latin word meaning “to be healthy, strong, and well.” Those three words guide everything I do. VALEO Club is about more than workouts. It’s about creating a life filled with energy, resilience, confidence, and joy—one step, one dance, one healthy habit at a time.

My Mission

My mission is to help women discover that fitness doesn’t have to be intimidating or punishing. It can be joyful. It can build confidence. It can become one of the best parts of your day. I believe with the right mindset, supportive habits, and a community that lifts you up, more is possible than you ever imagined.
