I believe fitness should be joyful—not something you dread. Through dance, strength training, and sustainable healthy habits, my mission is to help women become stronger, happier, and more confident while enjoying the journey.
The meaning behind VALEO
VALEO is a Latin word meaning “to be healthy, strong, and well.” It inspires everything I do.

Not at all! I created the 7-Day Reset for women of all fitness levels. Whether you’re just getting started, getting back into exercise, or already active, I’ll guide you every step of the way.

No! Most workouts use just your body weight. If you have light dumbbells or resistance bands, that’s great! I’ll occasionally offer them as an option, but they’re never required.

Absolutely! Many women in our VALEO community are balancing motherhood, careers, and everything in between. The workouts are designed to be adaptable, so you can move confidently at your own level. If you’ve recently had a baby, surgery, or have any medical concern, I recommend checking with your healthcare provider before starting.

Perfect! You don’t need rhythm—you just need a willingness to move and have fun. VALEO isn’t about being a dancer; it’s about feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident.

Not at all! You can complete the 7-Day Reset without it.
As you continue your journey, I’ll introduce you to some of my favorite fitness tools—including a weighted hula hoop. It’s one of my favorite ways to make movement fun while strengthening your core and adding variety. If you’re interested, I’ve linked the one I recommend in my Amazon Storefront.
